  • Bethenny Frankel took to Twitter this week to sort-of address the rumors that she’s dating Modern Family actor Eric Stonestreet, but she did it so casually that it’s making fans wonder if maybe she’s trying to throw them off the scent.

Frankel and Stonestreet have definitely been hanging out lately, with the actor sharing photos of Bethenny on social media, but a source told People that things aren’t serious.

“They are talking and they have been friends since they met at a CAA upfront party in April. He is in L.A. and she is in the Hamptons. They are hanging out. They are having fun and she likes his company,” the source said.

Frankel addressed the rumors on Twitter with a sassy little nod to Eric, saying, “Wow #somanyboyfriendssolittletime. How did I manage to be at a @Dodgers game & be in the Hamptons at the same time?!!!”

Bethenny Frankel and her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, had a pretty contentious split in 2012, part of which played out on their reality show for the world to see. Since then, Frankel has said that she doesn’t think she’ll ever get married again.

“It doesn’t mean that I would not commit to someone. I’m not jaded, I’m not bitter about love. I think there are amazing guys out there in the world, it’s none of that.”

At an NYU event earlier this year, Frankel said she felt even early on that things wouldn’t turn out well for them but wanted to give it a shot anyway; now, she says, she wishes she had listened to her gut.

“I think my instinct and gut going into my marriage [knew] it would turn out the way it did. I could feel it, but I intellectualized it. People are always talking about ‘Do I go with my head or my heart?’ Go with your gut,” Bethenny Frankel said.
