  • Modern Family actress Ariel Winter is on the side to #TeamKim after reality star Kim Kardashian West received a social media spanking of posting a couple of nude selfies.

According to Just Jared, Kardashian posted a throwback naked selfie via Instagram on Monday, March 7. After receiving a slaying on social media with celebrities and critics reacting to the pic on social media, Kardashian posted a second photo on Tuesday.

“No one was body shaming @justinbieber when he posted his nude guitar photo so why @KimKardashian? #herbodyherchoice #InternationalWomensDay,” Winter, 18, tweeted in Kim’s defense on Tuesday. “I think everyone, men and women, should have the right to choose what they do with their bodies — and not be criticized.”

The photo Ariel refers to is one obtained and published by TMZ of Beiber in August 2013.

Other celebrities defending Kim Kardashian besides Ariel Winter include Chrissy Teigen, Kylie Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian.

Those on the flipside include everyone from Bette Midler — with whom Kardashian had a flat out Twitter war with the funny lady over the photos — to Piers Morgan and Chloe Grace Moretz.

Winter is very outspoken against body-shamers. The 18-year-old actress bashed critics following her appearance at the 2016 SAG Awards in January, when her breast reduction scars were visible as she walked the red carpet at the time.

“Guys there is a reason I didn’t make an effort to cover up my scars!” she tweeted after the event. “They are part of me and I’m not ashamed of them at all. :)”
