  • Anna Duggar learned some shocking news this week, right along with fans of the former 19 Kids and Counting reality show. Josh Duggar cheated on Anna Duggar as a subscriber of the hook-up site Ashley Madison. Will she leave him?

Everyone who follows the Duggar family saga knows that Josh Duggar sexually molested four of his sisters and one non-relative when he was a teen. Anna Duggar said she knew this about him before she married him. She claimed at the time that Josh repented of his sin and asked the Lord for forgiveness. She has since had his four children–the most recent was born this summer.

Now a source tells People magazine that Anna Duggar won’t leave Josh.

“Anna will not leave him,” the source claims. “As with her in-laws, she is turning more to her faith than ever. She and Josh are probably praying around the clock right now, I would assume.”

The source added that Anna Duggar might even take some of the blame.

Yes, you read that correctly. Anna Duggar might take some of the blame for her husband cheating on her.

“Maybe not publicly, ever, but privately, there will be some suggestion of whether or not she should have been more aware of the pressures Josh was under, of the issues he was facing, and how she could have better counseled him or helped him,” the source says.

“She is fully and permanently committed to her marriage and her children. And she’ll have the support of Jim Bob and Michelle and everyone else in their circle in terms of staying with him and making this work,” the source continues. “Divorce is not even something that will be discussed.”

Anna Duggar should likely run–not walk–to the nearest lawyer and immediately file for divorce from Josh Duggar. Forgiving his transgressions from his teen years is one thing, but accepting even part of the blame for his cheating on her is something else entirely.

Anna Duggar needs counseling. She may choose to get that from a church source–and that’s just fine. But hopefully she will seek that counsel from someone not affiliated with the Duggar family.

Would you leave Josh Duggar if you were his wife?
