  • Amber Heard is getting married today! Ok, so she’s already married to Johnny Depp.

But Saturday is the date that the couple planned on hosting a wedding ceremony on his private Bahamian island for their friends and family.

So, what does one get for the girl who marries the man who has everything?

Well, according to Cover Media, you rename your yacht that you shared with your ex-girlfriend.

Romantic. But, what could Amber Heard expect from Johnny Depp if not the unusual and quirky? She must know that by now.

The $32.7 million yacht was previously named Vajoliroja, which is a combination of letters from his name, ex Vanessa Paradis’ name, and the names of their children, Lily Rose, 15, and Jack, 12.

The newly renamed yacht is now Amphitrite, which I guess starts with the letters of Amber Heard’s name, but is the name of the Greek goddess of the sea.

    That’s touching. Sort of.

Amber Heard seems like a pretty low-key girl, so she will probably be delighted.

Depp and Amber Heard were officially married on Tuesday at Johnny’s West Hollywood home.

However, they are flying to the Bahamas to take part in their ceremony Saturday.

“It will be a really simple ceremony,” a source said of Amber Heard’s wedding. “Things are in a great place with them.”

Amber Heard met Johnny Depp on the set of Rum Diary in 2009.

Johnny Depp and his long-time girlfriend of 14 years, Vanessa Paradis, broke up in 2012.

Amber Heard began dating Johnny Depp in 2011 while he and Paradis were estranged.

Depp popped the question to Amber Heard in 2013 and the rest is history!

Congratulations to Amber Heard and Johnny Depp on their newlywed status.
