  • Pam Dawber is set to make her television return in her Mork & Mindy costar, Robin Williams’ sitcom. She will appear in The Crazy Ones sometime this season.

Williams and Dawber played a very unique couple in Mork & Mindy during show’s 1978-1982 run. He was an alien from outer space and she was the human he eventually fell in love with. Even though she and Williams probably won’t fall in love when she guest stars on The Crazy Ones, they will in fact go out on a date. She will play the role of an author who goes on a date with him when his belief in love is greatly challenged.

Earlier this week Robin Williams shared a photo of himself with Pam Dawber during their Mork & Mindy days via Instagram.

And Williams shared his excitement over getting to work with Pam Dawber again after so many years with his Twitter followers, too.

Pam Dawber has been married to NCIS star Mark Harmon for almost 27 years. The couple has two sons–Sean and Ty. She and Mark Harmon actually starred in a film together back in 1999 in I’ll Remember April. She is the national spokesperson for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.

Robin Williams can’t wait to film the Pam Dawber episode of The Crazy Ones.

“It will be a joy to work with her again,” Williams said during a recent interview on CBS. “It’s a dream come true.”

Fans of Mork & Mindy or simply of Pam Dawber and Robin Williams together will have to wait for their dream to come true for a while yet, however. The episode of The Crazy Ones on which Pam guest stars won’t be airing until some time in the spring.
