At the SMX Advanced conference in Seattle this week, WebProNews discussed keyword research with nFusion‘s Taylor Pratt. He discusses his "recipe" for it. Do you have a keyword research recipe? Tell us about your ingredients.

The most critical ingredient in Taylor’s recipe is adding a scale to the keywords you’re targeting. You need to look at actual search volume, and compliment that with relevancy and competition.

PPC testing is extremely important if you want to know if people are actually going to take action on your keywords. Keep an eye on the above clip if you want to hear what Taylor thinks is the most important ingredient to avoid in your recipe.
