Seth Rogen was willing to give Zac Efron and his frat brothers a chance, but they just went too far in the latest green band trailer for "Neighbors". The film, directed by Nicholas Stoller, seems to be on par with his earlier work: Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Get Him to the Greek.
Judging by the trailer below, you'll get a heavy dose of adolescent tomfoolery, which in all honesty, is exactly what this movie is going for. Checkout the trailer below to see Efron dressed as the Taxi Driver, bush fondling, unexpected E.R. visits among other funny scenariios.
