Vanessa Lachey is doing pregnancy the healthy way. Many moms-to-be use pregnancy as a chance to eat whatever, whenever. Even some celebrity moms-to-be! Take Mila Kunis for instance.
Mila would eat sauerkraut “all day long”.
Weird cravings are generally a sure thing when you’re pregnant, but apparently Vanessa Lachey is the exception to that rule. No sauerkraut or pickles for this little mama. She is craving healthy stuff!
Coconut milk is known as a super food for many reasons, and can be incredibly healthy for Vanessa Lachey and other expectant moms.
Good for her! It’s so easy to just eat whatever you want and not exercise when you’re expecting (self included). Vanessa Lachey isn’t having that. She is even keeping up with her workouts.
Vanessa Lachey has had lots of support from husband Nick Lachey throughout her pregnancy. He was the one who broke the news that the couple was expecting a sweet baby girl via Instagram.
Vanessa Lachey and Nick seem to have a great marriage. They truly enjoy their time with their son, Camden.
Vanessa Lachey is still pretty smitten with her husband and says he is the perfect man for her and their children.
“The man I knew I was going to marry was not only a great man, a good friend, and a family guy, but he was going to respect and treat me well and be an amazing father and role model to our children.” Vanessa Lachey said.
She added, “That’s Nick.”
Well, this pregnancy is perfectly timed for Vanessa Lachey. She said earlier in the year,
“You don’t want them so far apart that they have nothing in common.”
Congratulations to Vanessa Lachey and Nick Lachey on a great marriage and on becoming parents to a sweet baby girl later this year!
