Valerie Bertinelli has set the record straight on rumors of a reported age-old feud with Christina Aguilera.

In an interview with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live! Wednesday night, Bertinelli said the long-time rumored feud is just not true.

However, the Hot in Cleveland actress did admit to having a rather negative encounter with The Voice judge back in the day.

"I did not have a feud with her," said Bertinelli. She proceeded to tell the story of an encounter that may have fueled the rumors.

"No, I didn't have a feud with her," Bertinelli insisted when her Hot in Cleveland co-star Jane Leeves suggested that she "make something up."

The 54-year-old actress went on to tell the story as she remembers it.

"I was a fan at that time, a long time ago, and I went up to her because she was at a Van Halen concert, and I said, ‘Oh my God, I think you're a beautiful singer, blah blah blah,' and she just went like [she made an over-her-head motion], ‘Yah, whatever,'

"She gave me the cold shoulder and I thought, ‘Bitch, I'm a fan! You can't be nice to me?' You know?"

Bertinelli was asked if she has seen Aguilera since the encounter, to which the actress said, "I have not. She might have gotten better—but I heard she hasn't."

OK, if there wasn't a feud before...

Bertinelli has received some backlash from Xtina fans on Twitter following her remarks. But, she's decided to just "shake it off."
