I agree. They're putting too much effort on their software and not enough effort on support to solve problems that occur.
I am owed $9,000 and change from September 2009, which was due just a few days ago. Tho many publishers got their payments on time, mine was held back without an official reason as to why other than their system they are so fond of is having payment glitches.
If we don't get paid at the end of this month the total past due will rise to over $17,000, and we'll file in court for damages and fees incurred from our creditors while they were holding onto our money for no good reason.
While they are making money on my money, I have to borrow against it, which costs me money, and some vendors will have to be put off, which costs me more money as they'll charge me late fees and penalties.
Google's bean counters must've figured out it was more cost effective to ignore the publishers than to pay them when problems occur. Just like Ford did with their Pinto model of car way back when. That forced people to sue them because they would not fix the problem for $11 each and estimated the court cases to be less than the repairs needed because of how many cars were made back then.

What Google needs is a good slapping around. I'm looking forward to the day I can sell my Google shares short and make a fortune when the stock tanks (again). Screw their pompous ass.
