Fox Sports Launching Five Online Only Shows

Focused on the NFL season

Fox Sports has announced it will launch original programming online starting Monday, September 14.

The webcasts will be streamed weekdays at 1p.m. ET on foxsports.com.

The first online only show will debut Monday and is called "The Afterparty with Jay Glazer." Each week during the NFL season Glazer will interview the five best players from Sunday's game.

On Tuesday "Coachspeak with Brian Billick" will premiere featuring Billick and a group of five NFL head coaches to discuss the games Xs and Os.

Coaches scheduled to appear include:

Jack Del Rio - Jacksonville Jaguars; John Fox - Carolina Panthers; John Harbaugh - Baltimore Ravens; Mike McCarthy - Green Bay Packers; Wade Phillips - Dallas Cowboys; Rex Ryan - New York Jets; Jim Schwartz - Detroit Lions; Mike Singletary - San Francisco 49ers; Mike Smith - Atlanta Falcons and Jim Zorn - Washington Redskins.

On Wednesday comes "The College Experiment" which Fox calls an irreverent, non-traditional college football review show.

"Cubed" premieres Thursday, which is described as a pop culture show featuring three guys talking sports and current events. Fox says the easily offended should stay away.

"Inside Call" debuts on Friday and takes a look at the behind the scenes of Fox NFL Sunday.

"Original programming on the Internet is set to explode as the Web transitions from being controlled by engineers to being run by producers, much the same way television did in the 1950s," said David Hill, Fox Sports Chairman.

"Not every show is going to click its first time out, but we're going probe and push to see where we can go, and how far."
