Yahoo has released three new mobile applications for the iPhone and the BlackBerry.

Flickr for mobile has launched as iPhone app allowing users to upload, share and tag photos and videos while staying connected to the Flickr community. iPhone users can down the app via the iTunes App store.

Features of the Flickr iPhone app include:

•          Upload: take a photo, upload it, tag it - on the go
•          Your photo stream (You): view your own photos, share with friends via mail
•          Contacts' Photos (Contacts): view your friends' photos, comment on them, mark as your favorite
•          Recent: view your activity and uploads from your contacts
•          Search: for photos by subject, people and places
•          Location Services: geo-tag photos before uploading
•          Video: Take videos, upload, and playback posted videos

Yahoo has launched Fantasy Football for mobile that is available for iPhone users through the iTunes App Store and for BlackBerry owners using Bold, Tour, and 8900 series.

Highlights of Fantasy Football for mobile include:

• Manage your team directly from your phone
• Add and drop players
• View matchups, standings, and player stats
• Get live scoring just like on the PC
• Get news and expert advice just like you're used to on the PC

Yahoo Finance for mobile has also launched as an app for iPhone and iPod Touch users.
