 To promote the new widget, MySpace and PayPal are holding a contest for users and non-profits, featuring weekly prizes and $20,000 cash. Starting today and running to October 13, the person who raises the most money using the fundraising widget will receive tow tickets to the Grammys, and will offer non-profits the chance to win $20,000 in cash.

 

Flip Video Mino Camcorders will be given away to whoever raises the most money every week.

 

Users will be able to customize the widget, share it and put in on their MySpace profile. Some of the celebrities using the fundraising widget include The Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, Hillary Duff and Vanessa Hudgens.
