Fresh Google Analytics Seminars Added To Schedule

Boston, Chicago, and Orlando to serve as learning centers

Google has announced a few new Analytics seminars through which it plans to continue spreading important knowledge.  Also, although people living in Boston, Chicago, and Orlando won't be able to make a direct profit by going, there'll be a little bit of wealth-sharing, too.

Here's Google's offer: sign up for a seminar at least seven days early, and you'll get a $50 AdWords advertising credit.  One catch is that the credit expires after 30 days, and another is that the sessions cost $249 per day, but at least the offer's there.

The placement of the seminars seems like a sort of second nod to users.  Previous sessions were held in Denver, the San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, Raleigh, and Dallas, so Google's reaching out to some people who might have felt ignored.  And on the Inside AdWords blog, Vivian Leung offers, "[O]f course, if you'd like to be informed when AdWords and Analytics Seminars become available in your area, simply fill out this form."

The new series of seminars is scheduled to start May 12th in Orlando (guess you can forget about the $50 there) and run through June 25th.  The group of leaders from the first time around - Justin Cutroni, Anastasia Holdren, Michael Harrison, Shawn Purtell, and Timothy Seward - will be speaking again.
