If you are a political junkie than you may be glad to know that Yahoo, Slate and the Huffington Post are partnering to hold an online presidential debate on September 12.

The Washington Post is reporting that all eight Democratic presidential candidates have signed on to the online only debate. If you are not a political junkie you are probably thinking ANOTHER debate? Well, yes but remember politicians like to hear themselves talk.

PBS public television host Charlie Rose will moderate the debate. Viewers will be able to submit questions and have Rose read them to the candidate to be answered. One possible advantage for online users is that you will be able to watch only the parts you maybe interested in.

The candidates will be able to appear online from any location and the video will be available on Yahoo, the Huffington Post and Slate sites

There are also plans for a Republican debate but no date has been announced.
