"Each time Revver has broken new ground, we've watched the market follow. As we grow, we'll continue to introduce new ideas, new tools and new products to maintain our position as market leader and champion of the independent creator," said Kevin Wells.

"Steven and I are squarely focused on developing Revver's core strengths, making sure it remains the new media network of choice for future generations of content creators."

Mr. Starr will still offer strategic direction and act as spokesman for Revver. He also plans on striking new content deals that fit the Revver platform.

"Revver is and always has been a champion for creator's rights and open media sharing, and we'll continue to drive change that benefits the independent creator community," said Steven Starr.

"I'm excited to focus more on new strategic initiatives as Kevin and the team continue to build on Revver's success."
