PubCon Begins Next Week In Boston

The three-day conference held by WebmasterWorld runs from April 18-20 and focuses on a variety of SEO and SEM topics.

WebmasterWorld announced author Malcolm Gladwell will deliver the keynote address for the PubCon Boston conference next week.

"Clearly, the keynote by Malcolm Gladwell is a must see for every marketer. The man has single-handedly invented and reinvented modern web marketing. Tipping Point has become the trusted resource for big picture web marketing today," Brett Tabke, WebmasterWorld's CEO, said in a statement.

Yahoo's new Publisher Network blog posted an entry saying they will be in attendance, and would like to meet their publisher members who attend. Yahoo along with Google and InfoSpace Media sponsor the Boston conference.

PubCon Boston will be held at the Hynes Convention Center. Tabke and company have four tracks planned for the conference: Organic Search and General Webmaster Issues; Paid Search; Affiliates and Advertising; and a Bonus Track: Site Reviews, Pot Luck.

Search engine notables attending PubCon as speakers include Google's Matt Cutts, Yahoo's Jeremy Zawodny and Tim Mayer, Ask.com's Rahul Lahiri, and Microsoft's Robert Scoble.

The final day of the conference is the traditional PubCon networking event, held at a public establishment to be announced during Wednesday's closing super session, Search Engines & Webmasters.
