ABC Aids Google Junkies
Are you one of those people who has to know daily what the world is searching for? You may be in luck. ABC and Google have paired up to help you get your fix.
Last week, Google and ABC announced a partnership where Google would supply search statistics for the television network's news webcasts.
ABC's World News Nowt Webcast will also feature a daily report on the most-searched-for topics on the Internet, which topics are heating up or cooling down, and the top searched-for stories on Google News.
Similar to an arrangement with Al Gore's cable network Current, the report will be featured on World News Now's daily webcast, running at 3 PM EST, and downloadable at other times.
The webcast is also available via iTunes and on cellular phones.
