Google will be announce its 2005 fourth quarter results via Webcast on January 31st at 4:30 EST, the search company announced yesterday.
The Webcast of Google's earnings conference call is accessible through http://invester.google.com/webcast, and will be available for about two weeks following the conference call at the same address. Google will then move the file to the archives section of the Google Investor Relations website.
The Google share price, as of 10:00 AM EST this morning is up 0.12% at $472.19, approaching its median price target. While some are skeptical that Google will reach the lofty $600 mark, few analysts have recommended to hold or sell. According to Yahoo! Finance, 27 out of 37 current recommendations are to buy with only one to sell.
