If you are unaware, tagging is a method of categorizing and organization that's done by subject. Tagging is similar to bookmarking a web page in the sense that you are selecting a page of interest and saving its location in a categorical method.

This is method the developers at MSN Search are using to categorize their user suggestions, according to the MSN Search blog. By using this method, the developers were able to address the most common user request: the inclusion of Yellow Pages-style local results. These suggestions led directly to the development and launch of MSN Search Local.

Andy Edmonds posted this latest entry and suggests MSN Searchers should continue using the "help us improve" link whenever they come across something that needs to be addressed by the MSN Search folks. Andy also suggests the development of MSN's local search engine is proof that they are actually listening to what the people want, and judging by the local search development, he appears to be right.
