CustomizeGoogle
CustomizeGoogle is a Firefox extension that enhance Google search results by adding extra information (like links to Yahoo, Ask Jeeves, MSN etc) and removing unwanted information (like ads and spam).
All features are optional and easily configured from the options menu.
CustomizeGoogle features:
- uses Google Suggest when you search
- adds links to competitors ("Try your search on Yahoo")
- rewrites links to point straight to the images in Google Images
- removes image copying restrictions in Google Print
- secures Gmail, switches to https
- anonymize your Google userid
- removing ads (disabled by default)
- adds counter in search result
- remove spam from search results
- 5 locales: en-US, sv-SE, de-DE, it-IT, tr-TR
