The question about whether or not "sex" is still a top search term was asked to Danny Sullivan, who responded by saying it was, which is quite correct. Of course, this may not be the case if you go by Google's Zeitgeist, which is an edited list of top searches, and is less likely to offend.

However, when you employ a tool like Wordtracker's weekly keyword report, which contains an unfiltered look at keyword searches, you realize how predominant searches are for "sex" and other sexually related terms actually are. On Wordtracker's site-based list, the keywords are edited so that sexually explicit words are not shown. However, in the weekly email report, the lists are not edited.
