Nokia Finnishes IPod

Post to Twitter Post to Facebook

Finnish phone phenomenon Nokia announced the N91 and promises to give IPod a run for their downloads with the mobile phone with a 4 gig hard disk which will hold up to 3000 songs. IPod may have their work cut out for them..

The hot little number is the latest in Nokia's Nseries multimedia offerings and promises to be a heavy piece of equipment. The stainless steel phone will be a offer a whole slew of nifty features and connectivities.

WLAN, WCDMA and Bluetooth will be workable for device as well as all the standard mobile phone features like email, video sharking and instant messaging and that weird calling thing people sometimes do. Did I the 2.0 mp camera tacked on to this thing?

With all these features however, one can't help but wonder how long it will be before the recording industry figures out people are swapping their tunes for free over the phone and go after people's phones.

Nokia N91 will retail for a steep $700 and will be available by the end of the year, just in time for the holidays.
