Hacking Netflix Blogger Interviewed

Keith O'Brien at PRWeek.com has a terrific interview with one of my favorite bloggers ...

... Mike Kaltschnee of HackingNetflix.com - and his PR contact at Netflix, Ken Ross, VP of corporate communications. Wow, a twofer!

I probably give Mike more PR than anyone, short of Robert Scoble. He has a regular slide in my PowerPoint presentations. I think what Mike is doing is terrific because he is a true customer evangelist for the online DVD rental service. More importantly, he's a force to be reckoned with - and Netflix now knows it (they didn't at one time). How do I know that Mike is an influencer? Google told me (note third result).
