Monster Teams with Webhire

Monster and Webhire have signed an agreement to provide employers with an integrated solution to attract and hire job candidates.

The jointly developed solution, which will include product integration, joint training, and co-marketing efforts, is designed to provide employers with the full scope of sourcing, selection, and reporting tools to help them meet all of their hiring needs. Webhire represents the first talent management solution provider to join with Monster to provide hiring solutions.

"Listening to our customers is a key component of Monster's product strategy," said Brad Baker, chief product and marketing officer, Monster. "Exemplifying our goal to continually find ways to help employers better meet their broad hiring needs, our alliance with Webhire enhances Monster's offerings by providing access to an industry-leading talent management solution."

The alliance supports the belief that attracting the best candidates leads to greater corporate performance and improved employee retention. By offering integrated metrics and reporting capabilities, Webhire customers will be able to demonstrate the effectiveness of Monster as a candidate source. In addition to employer benefits, the integration offers recruiters and candidates faster job posting, integrated online application, and enhanced resume search.

"Collaborating with Monster to provide an integrated hiring solution solidifies Webhire's position as an innovator in assisting clients with the daunting task of finding the strongest talent available," said Susanne Bowen, president and CEO at Webhire. "The combination of Webhire's functionality and Monster's broad candidate pool create one of the most comprehensive sourcing, selection, and reporting capabilities available today."
