The Mozilla Foundation today officially launched the Thunderbird email program - a companion to the Firefox Web browser.
If you're on a POP3 or IMAP email server, check out Thunderbird. It has some great email management features. Perhaps what's more intriguing, however, is that the open-source mail program includes a robust built in RSS feed reader, making it a viable, free alternative to using Outlook with Newsgator or even as a dedicated news aggregator. Download the Firefox Web browser here.
