MSN Search Listening To Their Users

The Microsoft Search team, in their blog, thanked all of those who have given them feedback "via the website and around the blogosphere".

They briefly mention a few feature suggestions from searchers:

"On the feature request side, we're seeing lots of interesting ideas, some new and some old. Our advanced user base wants a more extensive search syntax. Other requests include audio search and more Encarta answers."

Andy of the MSN searchblog ends with ...

"Use the "Help us Improve" feedback link. We'll be reading."
