ForeSee Results is supporting directory publisher Dex Media's efforts to assess customer satisfaction with its online Yellow Pages search site, DexOnline.com.
Using the scientific methodology of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), ForeSee Results measures satisfaction with different aspects of the online experience and is providing Dex Media with actionable data for performance improvement. ForeSee Results also helps Dex Media quantify the impact of potential website upgrades on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

"With the ACSI, we have credible information to assess what drives customer satisfaction with DexOnline.com. We can also identify the direct impact of satisfaction on behavior so we can better evaluate changes to our website - both past and planned."
In January 2004, Dex Media launched DexOnline.com which features fully searchable content capability for approximately 240,000 Yellow Pages display ads and the ability to refine searches with multiple criteria - including hours of operation, payment options, location, specific product brands and much more.
