Yahoo's purchase of Kelkoo, Europe's largest online comparison-shopping service, has increased the amount of European visitors the web portal's site by 12%.
As reported here, Yahoo agreed to buy Kelkoo, which accounts for 10% of Europe's Internet users. In a report issued by Nielsen//NetRatings, Yahoo's European visitors have risen from 38.6 million to 43.2 million. France showed the largest increase of users, with a 24% growth.
