Showing/Hiding White Space in MS Word 2002

Need more real estate on your screen? When using Print Layout view, you can save screen space by hiding the white space (including any header and footer) at the top and bottom of the page.

1. Choose Print Layout from the View menu.

2. Position the pointer at the top or bottom edge of a page (a double-headed arrow shows when you are in the right spot) and click to toggle this feature on and off.
