Almost overnight he rose from a lowly, entry-level job as a skip tracer to become a full-fledged collector, and then held positions at some of the biggest collection agencies in the country. Now he manages the entire collections department at a large Midwest collection agency where he also teaches the professional collectors on his staff the powerful techniques he's discovered, developed and perfected over the years.
