The ninth and final season of the hit NBC comedy The Office will become available for streaming on Netflix in the U.S. on October 1st. It will be joined by additional seasons of other NBC comedies 30 Rock and Parks and Recreation (Seasons 7 and 5 respectively) on the same day.

You’re probably familar with The Office by now, but just in case you’re not, here’s the Netflix description:

This hit comedy series chronicles the daily foibles of office workers at the Dunder Mifflin paper company, where deluded boss Michael Scott attempts to shepherd his employees as a documentary film crew captures every wince-worthy moment.

The show was based on a U.K. sitcom of the same name, created by Ricky Gervais, whose show Derek became available as a Netflix Original earlier this month.

Gervais also worked on the U.S. version of The Office. You can now watch the entire series on Netflix. The U.K. version is available for streaming as well.
