At 12 pm EST (9 am PST), Marvel Comic's movie-making entity will be releasing another full-length trailer for the upcoming, highly anticipated The Avengers movie. It's an interesting world we live in, one that's powered by anticipation and desire to be apart of "the next great event." This desire, in turn, is fueled almost solely by social media.
So like most buzz-creating entities worth their salt, Marvel took to the social media airwaves to spread the word about the upcoming trailer, and the response was quite generous. Over at Facebook, people responded with glee, joy, and a sense that the light at the end of the tunnel is finally getting closer -- the wait for The Avengers building since the epilogue of 2008's Iron Man movie.

Now that the trailers have started leaking out--The Avengers comes out on May 4th--the anticipation continues to grow at an exponential rate. People really want to see this movie. What else would explain over 50 retweets of a "hey, watch our trailer tomorrow" Twitter post?
