Taryn Manning has settled comfortably into a career high spot with her role on the award-winning Netflix original Orange Is The New Black, so she figured it was time to address some rumors that have been floating around the web concerning her and a couple of NFL players.
The actress says she is definitely not related to Eli and Peyton Manning, which anyone could see if they looked closely enough; the 5’2″ star said there’s no resemblance there at all, and that she’d be much taller if they did share family lines.
“No, it’s not true. We should squash that rumor right here, right now,” she said on the SAG Awards red carpet over the weekend.
Speaking of the SAG Awards, Taryn Manning joined her co-stars for the big night and saw Orange Is The New Black take home trophies for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series and Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series (Uzo Aduba). The cast posed for photos during the evening, which were later shared on Instagram.

Manning is wearing a coral coloured Elisabetta Franchi dress with a high neck that appears to squash her chest rather than flattering her lovely figure. Her make-up and hair are on point though, as she has played up her peepers with a smokey eye and swept her tresses off her face in a soft up-do.
Taryn Manning will rejoin her co-stars in June for a third season of Orange Is The New Black.
