“Those who criticized her are the same people that think that being rich and famous is like being covered in some kind of magic powder that makes life perfect: Nothing can go wrong in your wonderful world,” she said. “For these people, Kristen deserves all the bad things that have been thrown at her because she had an amazing life and she ruined it. I don’t know how to explain it, but it sure isn’t perfect. I thought that the media picked on her in a very horrible way. Kristen is human, just like everybody else, and she’s so young. Everyone makes mistakes, everyone. It’s not fair to consider them matters of public interest. On one hand, I can understand why it happened: people felt really involved in her relationship with Robert Pattinson.
But it’s also true that they both have done everything in their power to keep their relationship as far from the public eye as possible.”

Stewart was thrust into the negative side of the Hollywood spotlight last year when paparazzi photos hit the web of her getting intimate with her “Snow White And The Huntsman” director, Rupert Sanders, who was married at the time. She and her boyfriend, “Twilight” co-star Robert Pattinson, broke up in the aftermath but have since reunited. She was on the receiving end of some pretty harsh backlash from the Twihards, who took to social media to label her a “Trampire”, and has also had former co-star Jodie Foster come to her defense.

Despite multiple good reviews from both critics and fans, the last installment in the vamp series earned Razzie noms for Worst Director, Worst Picture, and 2 nominations for Worst Couple, aimed at Robert Pattinson/Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner/Mackenzie Foy. For those who decide what film gets what nomination at the Razzies, this particular movie has been long-awaited, much like “Lord Of The Rings” was for the Academy Awards.

“That’s the analogy we’re making, that this is the Razzies’ flipside,” said Razzies founder John Wilson. “This is our equivalent to ‘The Lord of the Rings.’ It’s our members’ last chance to razz ‘Twilight.’”

Adam Sandler was last year’s favorite for the ceremony, winning a record ten awards for the universally lambasted “Jack And Jill”, and this year he came close with eight nominations for “That’s My Boy”.

The winners will be announced on February 23rd, one night before the Oscars.

“I feel really good,” she said. “I’m trying to take in every single one of these moments. I don’t want to miss one.”

Stewart came out of a tricky situation this summer relatively unscathed; although many of her fans were shocked and dismayed to learn she had been unfaithful to her “Twilight” co-star and longtime boyfriend, Robert Pattinson, with her “Snow White And The Huntsman” director, her career seems not to have suffered at all. Now, the couple is back together and things are looking brighter for the young actress.

For now, Stewart says the possibility of her returning for a “Snow White” sequel hasn’t been ruled out, despite rumors to the contrary.

Unfortunately for the couple, they are united in more ways than one; they’ve played Bella and Edward on the big screen for four years now, amassing an enormous following of die-hard Twilight fans who have already created a huge wave of backlash aimed at Kristen. Now that the time has come for her to do promotional work for her other films–namely “On The Road”–she’s scared of what will be waiting for her in the real world.

Stewart is right to be wary; as anyone who has seen the crazed fandom on display at any Twilight premiere knows, she and Pattinson have reached a level of superstar which is hard to fathom. They helped bring two romantically-linked, seemingly doomed characters to life and thrilled fans of the books with their real-life relationship. Now that they view her as the one to blame for ending it, it could get very ugly once she returns to the spotlight.

For now, she’s taken to hiding out with friends and hasn’t appeared much in public since the news broke. As for Pattinson, he’s already jumped into the promo game for his film “Cosmopolis”, which opened in a limited release this weekend to good reviews. And while no one knows the whole story but the people involved, it’s hard for fans to see past the media glare in order to give Stewart a fair shot. It’s premature to speculate, but this could even have an adverse effect on her career if she doesn’t address the matter soon.

It’s already been announced that Stewart, Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner won’t be in attendance at the four “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2″ conventions around the country this year.

Our thoughts and condolences go out to the victim’s family and friends.”

The 53 year-old victim, who has been identified as Gisella G., was struck by a car while waiting in line for the “Twilight” Comic-Con panel that is scheduled for Thursday. Since seating is limited, it’s not uncommon for fans to start waiting in line days in advance. Although her death is sure to be on everyone’s mind before the panel — which include Robert Pattinson, Nikki Reed, and director Bill Condon — no one knows whether or not Gisella’s death will be addressed.

The victim was apparently crossing the street against the red light in order to keep her place in line when she was struck by a car. Although Gisella noticed the vehicle was not slowing down, she tripped on her way to safety, which ultimately resulted in her death. Witnesses say that the victim was “bleeding profusely” as paramedics whisked her away to the hospital. The 67 year-old driver was detained at the scene for questioning. No charges have been filed.
