Barnes & Noble Launches Digital Bookstore

Barnes & Noble has announced the launch of its own ebookstore and it will make content available on a variety of devices including the iPhone and iPod touch, BlackBerry, as well as most laptops and desktop computers.

Plastic Logic has launched a new electronic newspaper reader similar to Amazon's Kindle, but it's about the size of a regular piece of copy paper. Like the Kindle, this reader utilizes E-Ink's black and white display technology.
