Google has added features to Google Maps that let you save, annotate, and share directions using My Maps. Users can save driving directions by simply clicking the  "save to my maps" link below the directions.

Google has now made it easier to find maps created by others using My Maps. They are starting to show links to completed user-generated maps when they deem it relevant to a query.

Every travel site should offer some sort of map; they’re useful, and the idea isn’t particularly hard to arrive at.  VibeAgent is going above and beyond, however, with My Maps, a sort of customized, social network-y concoction.

Google has launched a new feature in Google Maps called My Maps, which allows users to create and customize their maps. Users will be able to add placemarks, lines and shapes to their layout.
