The Marine, part of the 3rd Battalion 2nd Marines in Musa Qala, Afghanistan, posted a video to YouTube last Thursday under the username “GoWithMeMila.” In the video, the Sgt. asks Miss Kunis to accompany him to the Marine Corps ball in Greenville, North Carolina on November 18th.

Deploying the turn-and-adjust-sunglasses move, Moore calmly “takes a moment out of his day” to ask Kunis out on a date.

“Take a second, think about it, and get back to me,” he says. Check out the short clip below –

It appears that she has thought it over, because Kunis has agreed to go to the ball with Sgt. Moore.

Speaking to Fox News affiliate FOX411 with Friends With Benefits co-star Justin Timberlake, Kunis confirmed that she would attend.

Apparently Timberlake had seen the video, which now has over 728,000 views. He baited her to accept –

“Have you seen this? Have you heard about this? You need to do it for your country,” Timberlake asked Kunis. “I’m going to work on this, man. This needs to go down.”

So- Mila Kunis, true patriot.

According to the AP, the Army didn’t like the idea of setting up a MySpace profile to recruit because of the reports of sexual predation. But after the Marines found 430 people asking them to drop by, the Army is set to change its mind.

“It is where prospects are,” Louise Eaton, media and Web chief for the U.S. Army Accession Command told the AP. “We go to where they are to try to inform them of the opportunities we offer.”

Stars and Stripes said the Navy and the Marine Corps took steps on Tuesday to deny access to commercial email accounts from base libraries and library centers connected to official government networks.

AOL Mail, MSN Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo! Mail fall into the group blocked by the military. Access to those services was perceived as a potential problem by Navy policymakers.

“By going through some of the commercial Web-based e-mail accounts, it opens up vulnerabilities to government-run networks and presents too high risk to be acceptable,” Neal Miller, a senior plans and policy manager with Naval Network Warfare Command in Norfolk, said in the report.

The policy covers Navy and Marine personnel, and Department of Defense employees and contractors who use Navy computer systems. Instead of using commercial email, Marines and sailors can use an unclassified email account provided to each member by the Navy.
