News of Google’s continued crushing domination of the French market comes from French metrics firm XitiMonitor.

Yahoo fell by 0.7 percent in October; Orange by 5.4 percent; Free by 17.5 percent; and AOL by 8.2 percent.

Ask and MSN alone made any headway. MSN enjoyed a 14.3 percent increase to 2.63 percent of the market. Ask.com jumped by 16.3 percent to claim a paltry 0.11 percent of the French market.
