He recorded it on his police cruiser camera. As you might imagine, he’s no longer with the Tennessee State Police. And yes, he still gave her a speeding ticket.

But no longer being on the force means he couldn’t appear in court to charge Barbie, which also means Barbie doesn’t have to pay the ticket, providing she shows up to contest. She didn’t, though, and now she’ll have to pay the $159 fine, unlike the 16 other speeders that got off Scott-free.

So where was Justis on her court day? Probably moving. Her MySpace profile, which is safer to link to than her actual blog, notes her contract with Blacks on Blondes is up this month, which required her to travel to Los Angeles once a month.

But, after getting married, she’s moving there permanently to continue her career. And she’s not taking her car with her.

I am leaving the pink car in Knoxville, I am attempting to sell it. I advised Curt that I probably don’t have a high chance of selling it in Knoxville, but I don’t want to associate that car with the new life I am beginning in California….

I will continue the porn career, as it is my life for now. I think I will be in this industry for a little bit longer. I will be in it until I finish school, or until I get knocked up.

By her husband, we think she means.  

Cummings, Barbie Cummings is her name, if you just have to know, now go Google her like the rest of us too afraid to link. Her real name is Justis, which sounds almost as fake as her porn name – unless that’s her stripper name.

Anyway, here’s the long and dirty version. (Warning, the story sounds made-up…but it was reported by ABC News, so we’ll go with it.)

James Randy Moss, a Tennessee State Trooper, pulled over Ms. Cummings for doing 92 in a 70 mph zone. Apparently, this necessitated Trooper Moss searching her vehicle, where he found her "happy pills," otherwise known in the real world as painkillers.

She informs him of her occupation (something about she wouldn’t be able to leave the state, blah, blah, blah this is where you would normally fast forward).

He puts her in the cruiser. She shows him samples of her work on the police-issued laptop. He gets an, um, idea.

Pills are scattered out along the road.

They go someplace else.

He records the whole…transaction…with the cruiser camera and then lets her go.

He brags about it to his cop buddies. He sends her the pics and video.

She blogs about it, posts the visual evidence on her site.

He gets suspended, still sends her a ticket for speeding.

Ah, justice, er, Justis.

"Goddess," at her Blonde Intuition blog, asks what we’re all thinking:

Why in the world would you then be so STUPID as to not only allow someone to take pictures, but to GIVE them the pictures?! Geez, a third grader could add "graphic cop pics" + "web site" + "porno chicks" and come up with the right answer.

Yup, just like a bad movie, unbelievable plot, contrived dialogue and scene development, and bad puns. File this one under "Justis deserts."
