    I hate Cogent

     

    They really need to learn how to pay there bills…

      According to both Cogent and Sprint this dispute was over a peering arrangement. This means that both networks agree to allow traffic from one to the other. Generally there is no fee for this service. You might be referring to what is referred to as a “transit agreement” where one side pays the other for access, but that is not what was at issue here.
