For anyone who rides roller coasters and has been to a Disney theme park, most likely you've taken in the Space Mountain experience. It's one of the most iconic roller coasters in the world, and for good reason. It was one of the first roller coasters in the world to take presentation into account when providing riders their thrills.
What's going on behind the dark though? A new video has been released on YouTube, showing what Space Mountain looks like with the lights on. It is actually quite impressive and I never thought that this much was going on behind the scenes in the dark. While it's interesting, I kind of feel like a magic trick has been ruined for me. Oh well, I hope you enjoy.
...and here's an older video, taken from a roller coaster bootlegger, showing what the ride looks like from a rider's perspective with the lights on.
