  1. It’s always important to put yourself in the shoes of your visitors. If you had never been to your site before, would you know how to navigate through it? Would it be easy to find what you are looking for? Sometimes we forget that we know the tricks our customers don’t. That insider knowledge makes all the difference in how we view our site.

  2. Totally agree Nick, I find it very useful to get friends or family to browse over a site and offer likes and dislikes, it’s surprising what you overlook just because you are too close to a project…
