Did Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber get back together? Observers have been speculating that a reconciliation could happen anytime soon.

There are signs that Gomez and Bieber are slowly mending their relationship and that they are on good terms. However, Gomez is being linked to One Direction member Niall Horan, but her past with the Biebs is holding her back.

According to Hollywoodlife.com, Gomez is trying her best to move on with Horan but it is not easy to just leave her past with Bieber behind.

An insider revealed Selena Gomez is worried about seeing her ex-boyfriend again and that she fears Bieber would just confuse her feelings. “Selena’s anxious about seeing Justin again,” the insider said. “She’s in such a good place right now, happier than she’s been in ages, but when it comes to Justin they’re always a lot of intense emotions. Texting and talking on the phone is one thing, but seeing him face to face always does a number on her.” The source added that the former Disney star wants to give things with Niall Horan a chance. Last month, Selena Gomez and Niall Horan were allegedly seen dining with another one Direction member, Liam Payne.

Recent news claims the singers were spotted kissing at Jenna Dewan-Tatum’s 35^th birthday bash at Bootsy Bellows in L.A., while another insider claimed they spent the evening together and left the party together.

Fans of the two singers have been hoping to see them back together and Bieber looks like he also wants to win his former girlfriend back. In an interview with Billboard, the “What do You Mean” singer revealed that his “ex-girlfriend” inspires him to write songs; during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, he said that three of the songs from Purpose were about Gomez.
