Selena Gomez is getting ready to move.
A real estate listing shows the estate, which sits on more than three acres of land, was put on the market this week for a mere $4.495 million, according to People magazine.

Gomez bought the home located in the gated community less than five miles away from where ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber used to own a home for almost $3.7 million in 2014.
According to the listing for the estate, Gomez's mansion contains six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a courtyard, a gym, a guesthouse, five fireplaces and a pool with a waterfall in the "magnificent" backyard.
"Extremely rare & private compound in the illustrious Mureau Estates gated community of Calabasas. Sprawling over 3 acres, this exceptional custom home provides every amenity expected of a luxury estate," reads the listing.

Obviously, the home is also equipped with security cameras, especially after a 2014 incident in which police arrested a man for burglary and trespassing after he was found inside the guesthouse. The man was sentenced to 45 days in jail after pleading no contest to unauthorized entry of a dwelling house, a misdemeanor, and was ordered to stay away from the singer.
Photos on the listing offer a peek into Gomez's life and feature "a high-ceilinged living room with an all-white piano, an extravagantly decorated dining room with turquoise walls and dual chandeliers, an office and bedroom painted in rich purple and an Italian villa-esque outdoor dining area," according to People.
Before moving into the Calabasas mansion, Gomez owned a home in Tarzana, located about 10 miles east. She sold it for $3.4 million in 2014 to Iggy Azalea and Nick Young.
Who would love to have the $4.5 million to purchase Selena Gomez' home?
