Scout Willis, daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, was arrested in New York for drinking beer and giving police a fake ID. The 20-year-old was arrested at 6:30 PM in Manhattan's Union Square and charged with two misdemeanors: criminal impersonation and a violation of an open container law.

The arrest happened when an officer saw Willis drinking an 8 ounce Pakistani beer. When confronted she produced a New York ID with the name "Katherine Kelly". After continuing to be questioned by the officer, she finally told him who she was: "My name is Scout Willis," she said according to the criminal complaint. "The first ID isn't mine. My friend gave it to me. I don't know Katherine Kelly."

She was released without bail yesterday and ordered to return to Manhattan Criminal Court on July 31.

The charge for presenting a false ID could carry a one year prison term, but that is unlikely for a first arrest. The open alcohol container carries a $25 fine.

Demi Moore and Bruce Willis have three daughters, Scout being the middle child. She is a student of Brown University and the lead vocalist in the group Gus + Scout.

A few months ago, she made headlines again for posting outrageous comments on Twitter, saying she hated her parents and has taken MDMA, among other things. She later said the Tweets were part of a class project that hypothesized that the wore outrageous a person's posts, the more followers they get.
