Sara Gilbert and Linda Perry wed on Sunday in a ceremony in front of close friends and family.
A spokeswoman for Gilbert, Melissa Kates, confirmed the wedding Monday.
Gilbert, 39, is currently a creator and co-host of the CBS show The Talk and will be off from the show for a week while she and Perry are on their honeymoon. She is also known for her role in the long-running hit television comedy series Roseanne.
Perry, 48, is a singer, songwriter, producer and former front woman of the rock band 4 Non Blondes. She has written songs for artists including Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, and Pink.
The couple have not yet posted comment about the ceremony, but friends and colleagues expressed their excitement about the big day.
Actress Juliette Lewis posted a Tweet as she prepared to attend the couple’s big day.

The two have been engaged since April 2013, when Gilbert shared the story of engagement on The Talk after Perry proposed during a musical picnic the couple had in a Los Angeles Park.
“It’s like the most amazing proposal ever,” Gilbert said.
“I’m sitting there listening and I’m kind of daydreaming and I’m thinking like, ‘If I ever proposed to her this would be an amazing way to do it.’ The people picnicking next to us pull out string instruments from under the blanket, walk over and they start playing [The Cure’s] Lovesong,” she explained of Perry’s engagement plan.
Gilbert, who is typically quite private, explained why she shared the news on the show.
“I happened to be talking about gay marriage and I thank you all for your support on that issue,” she told her Talk co-hosts last spring.
“That was before I had any idea about any of this. I’m super shy and don’t usually want to tell anything… but I wanted you guys to know because I feel like you’re a part of our family here,” Gilbert said.
Gilbert and Perry started dating in 2011. The actress came out as a lesbian in 2010, when she revealed she had been in a long-term relationship with Alison Adler, a TV producer. The two ended their relationship in August 2011. They share custody of two children, Levi, 9, and Sawyer, 6.
