In the spring of 2013, Vine user Ryan McHenry started uploading a series of wonderful videos in which actor Ryan Gosling simply refused to take a bite of cereal. McHenry’s creations soon went viral and became one of the web’s classic memes.

Sadly, McHenry passed away this past Sunday after a two-year battle with bone cancer. He was just 27.

Now, in honor of McHenry and the meme that made him internet famous, Ryan Gosling has finally decided to eat his cereal.
