Prometheus Trailer Releases, Looks Alien-ish

Ok, so this isn’t the prequel to Alien, we know that. After watching the trailer, you can’t help but think of the classic series. Ridley Scott has a stellar cast attached to the project: Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron, Noomi Rapace, and Idris Elba

It actually is the prequel to Alien. Ridley Scott was clearly trying to keep everyone in the dark. The ship shown in the trailer is the Derelic from Alien and Aliens, you see the spacejockey come up from the floor at 0:44, you have the acid face moment 0:30, you see a face hugger egg 0:33 and a face hugger 0:36. Although an actual xenomorph may not make an appearance in the movie (which I actually think will happen as I remember the crew in the first Alien saying something had broken out of the spacejockey’s chest), every thing else is there. My guess is that it’s the story of the team that stop him from completing what ever mission he was on and crashed his ship on that planet.
