Oscar Nominations Announced With Few Surprises

The list of Oscar nominations is being announced this morning, and there are few surprises in the mix.

Chris Hemsworth was on hand to help Academy president Cheryl Boone Isaacs read out the names, which include Jennifer Lawrence, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Matthew McConaughey, among others.

The stand-out, most talked-about pictures of 2013 were “12 Years A Slave”, “Her”, “American Hustle”, and “The Wolf Of Wall Street”, all of which were the talk of the Golden Globes this year. Here are some of the nominees:
